Firstly, love the gym….. the equipment is high quality and functional which makes working out awesome.Secondly, the staff are fantastic and pleasant. Always say hello and quick to help if you need anything.Thirdly, Just wanted to review a product i purchased from the supp shelf as i would love to see it in regularly “Size on” by Gaspari nutrition, wow! Its so good does everything it says its meant to and some. Crazy energy, Crazy pumps, Boost to strength and endurance….all around awesome product.

Awesome variety of classes and they are always a good time. Loads of friendly members and wonderful trainers make igym a really happy, positive place to come to.

My kids absolutely love going to the fully supervised creche. Even taking into account kids club pricing for 2 kids, it still works out being a cheaper membership than other gyms I tried where you can bring your kids along but have the distraction of watching them while trying to do your workout. Best gym in town ❤

I love Carls and all the staff at igym salamander bay. Everytime I walk in the door they are always very friendly. I love spin and ifit and could not reccomend this gym anymore if I tried.

The best gym I’ve ever been too..!! Loving the atmosphere.. the classes are great with lots of variety and enormous energy that makes you move.! People from all ages and fitness levels too .! Highly recommended.! I would never go anywhere else!
